This pattern is designed for pricking irons with a pitch of 3.38 mm.
To assemble the valet tray I used 1 mm thick goatskin and 1 mm thick velour.
I used 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm leather board for stiffening. The logo is made of 1.5 mm thick leather.
I have the full tray assembly on my youtube channel.
